Is it really free?
Free up to 50 guests: every seating feature is included. Larger guest lists will unlock with a single $29 payment once checkout opens, with no subscription.
What format does my guest list need to be in?
Any. Paste straight from Google Sheets, Excel, an RSVP site export or a plain list. We recognize names, plus-ones and households automatically.
Can I change things after the RSVPs come in?
Of course. Add, remove or move guests any time and the chart updates instantly. The $29 plan will cover unlimited edits, with access until after your wedding, so last-minute reprints are no problem.
Can my planner or venue see the layout?
Yes. Print the floor plan or save it as a PDF from your browser and send it to your coordinator.
Is my guest list private?
Your guest list is used only to build your chart. We never sell or share it, and you can delete your list with one click.
